Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing campaigns for our interior and exterior design services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital platforms, social media marketing, and local language promotions in Kannada to effectively reach our regional audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube.

• Develop and manage engaging (posts, reels, ad captions, and blogs).

• Optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads for interior and exterior projects.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Coordinate with the design and sales teams for campaign ideas and client promotions.

• Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and traffic.

• Handle online reputation management (ORM) and respond to customer queries/comments on social media.

• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and apply innovative ideas to boost brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the interior/exterior design or real estate sector.

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, and analytics tools.

• Must be fluent in Kannada and English (spoken and written).

• Creative mindset with strong communication and content creation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

• Basic video editing skills for reels and ad campaigns.

• Knowledge of local marketing strategies for the Karnataka region.

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
