The role includes managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, running paid ad campaigns, audience targeting and remarketing, performance analysis, and preparing regular reports. The candidate should also have hands-on skills in basic to advanced video editing for reels, ads, and promotional videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar. A strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, creativity, result-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn automation and AI-based marketing tools is essential. Experience in lead generation, social media growth, and paid advertising will be preferred.
