Job Description: Social Media Manager We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and scale our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in running Meta and Google Ads, executing influencer marketing campaigns, and managing influencer collaborations, along with strong expertise in content creation and community building. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Edyell’s marketing goals. • Manage and grow Edyell’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). • Plan, create, and publish engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.). • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand communication. • Stay updated with trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to keep Edyell ahead. • Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture a strong digital community. • Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, leads, and conversions. • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers for brand campaigns and collaborations. • Handle end-to-end influencer marketing workflows: negotiations, briefs, deliverables, and performance tracking. • Ensure timely posting and alignment with the content calendar and brand guidelines. Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field. • 4–5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. • Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads with measurable results. • Experience managing brand pages or digital campaigns (preferably in the education or tech industry). • Strong understanding of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics. • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English. • Ability to create or coordinate visually appealing content (Canva or basic Photoshop skills preferred). • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills • Experience with video marketing and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.). • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing principles, and funnel-based growth strategies. • Experience working with influencers, creators, and online communities. • Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
