About the Role:
A Paid Ad Expert JD includes developing and executing paid advertising strategies across platforms
like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Key responsibilities involve managing campaigns, conducting
keyword research, optimizing ad copy and bids, and using analytics to report on performance and
provide insights. Qualifications often include a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience, and
proven success in campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and execution: Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across
various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to meet business goals.
Campaign management: Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns for Search, Display, Video,
and Lead Generation.
Optimization and A/B testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and landing
pages to continuously improve campaign performance.
Performance analysis: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta
Ads Manager, and Google Data Studio, focusing on metrics such as click-through rate (CTR),
conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and provide data-
driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, sales) to ensure
cohesive messaging and alignment with overall business objectives.
Budget management: Manage ad budgets and bids to meet campaign objectives and ensure
efficient use of resources.
Required Skills & Experience:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience: Typically requires 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid
advertising, often with a proven track record in campaign management.
Certifications: Google Ads certifications are frequently required. Technical skills: Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and
