Key Skills:
· Graduate with Hands-on experience of minimum 1 year with Google Ads, Meta Ads,Linked In ads and Google Analytics
· Basic understanding graphic design, video marketing, content marketing , creating content and posting on social media platforms like Meta, Insta,Linkedin and website
· At least 1 year of experience in working independently-to create contents,run ad campaigns on social media platforms, generate leads and achieve targets
· At least 1 year of experience in handling tools like Canva, HubSpot, Linked In marketing
· At least 1 year of experience in handling contents on the website and posting regularly
· Time management and Multitasking
· Creative thinking , Good communication and analytical skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
Meta Ads and performance marketting
· Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets
· Audience research, custom audience & lookalike audience creation
· Regular performance reporting and insights sharing
Linked In Marketing and Branding
· Manage and grow LinkedIn company pages
· Plan and execute organic + paid LinkedIn campaigns
· Create LinkedIn content for brand awareness, hiring, and thought leadership
· Run LinkedIn lead generation ads (if required)
· Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and posts
Website Handling and Optimisation
· Manage and update website content regularly
· Coordinate with design & development teams for landing pages
Content creation – Article and Blogs
· Write and manage blogs and articles related to industry, technology, careers, or services
· Ensure content is SEO-friendly and value-driven
· Coordinate with subject experts for technical content
· Plan content calendars for blogs and long-form posts
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
