We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our entire SEO strategy and manage other key digital channels. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and converting traffic into measurable business results. You must be comfortable working autonomously, providing clear performance reports, and training junior team members.
Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform content strategy.
Link Building: Plan and execute effective link-building and digital PR strategies to increase domain authority.
Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to rigorously monitor, track, and report on key SEO metrics.
Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for the leadership team.
Email & SMM: Provide strategic oversight for email marketing campaigns and social media marketing to ensure brand consistency and funnel alignment.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on, progressive experience in Digital Marketing, with a substantial portion dedicated to advanced SEO.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of SEO tools ).
Analytics Mastery: High proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and Tag Manage
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
