Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and courteous Telephone Operator to manage incoming and outgoing calls and provide basic information to callers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Transfer calls to the concerned departments or persons
Maintain call logs and records
Provide basic information to customers or visitors
Handle multiple calls efficiently
Take messages and ensure they are delivered to the right person
Maintain proper telephone etiquette at all times
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle calls calmly and professionally
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in receptionist or call handling will be an advantage
