Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or documents to customers.

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to meet time schedules.

• Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle, handling them with care.

• Provide excellent customer service, which includes answering questions and addressing complaints.

• Collect payments from customers when necessary and handle cash responsibly.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.

• Perform basic maintenance on the delivery vehicle and keep it clean.

• Report any issues, such as traffic delays or damaged packages, to a supervisor.
