Position: Verification Executive

Role Overview:
The Verification Executive is responsible for verifying customer details and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation before policy issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify customer details through calls (KYC, personal, financial details).
Cross-check documents submitted for insurance applications.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
Maintain records of verification calls and outcomes.
Coordinate with sales and underwriting teams for clarification.
Ensure timely completion of verification processes.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills (especially over calls).
Knowledge of KYC and compliance processes is an advantage.
