✨ Role Highlights:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service (Voice)
Must have at least 1 year of TL experience (on papers)

Strong understanding of KPI, KRA, Attrition, Shrinkage, Occupancy, CSAT, DSAT, SLA, AHT

Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Nagpur
CTC: Up to ₹4.3 LPA
Shift: Rotational
Working Days: 5 Days (2 rotational offs)
Qualification: Only Graduates
Joiners: Immediate
