Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Tele-verification Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves verifying customer details via telephone as part of our service quality and fraud prevention processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and a good command of MS Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic verification of customer details as per company protocols.
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of customer information.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to gather required information.
Follow up on pending verifications and maintain detailed logs of all calls.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or escalate issues as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Speak) – must be able to communicate effectively and professionally.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in tele-calling, BPO, or customer support roles is a plus.
Graduate or equivalent education preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools or call center software is an advantage.
