Position: Chat & Email Support Executive
Process: US E-commerce
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Year
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via Live Chat & Email (US customers)
Assist customers with orders, refunds, returns, tracking, chargebacks, and product-related inquiries
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses
Manage multiple chats simultaneously
Maintain proper documentation in CRM systems
Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet quality standards
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Chat/Email Support (International process preferred)
Experience in E-commerce support is mandatory
Fluent English with strong grammar and written communication skills
Typing speed of 35–45 WPM minimum
Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Process)
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
