JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Telecalling and Team Leader - Real Estate to join our team at RRY Properties. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹35,000-₹45,000 in-hand salary and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new team management opportunities in the luxury real estate market

• Build strong, professional relationships with team members through regular coaching

• Lead a team of 3-5 telecallers for optimal performance on luxury projects

• Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and monitor team achievements

• Train new telecallers on luxury real estate sales processes and objection handling

• Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive

• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team

• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure quality control

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th or Graduate and from fresher to experienced, for team leaders 2-5 years' experience in telecalling team leadership. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Previous experience in real estate/luxury sales preferred, with proven track record in team management.

Compensation Package:

• Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month

• Team Performance Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 monthly

• Total Earning Potential: ₹35,000 - ₹80,000 per month
