Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar rooftop systems.

• Explain product details, financial benefits, and government subsidy schemes (e.g., PM SuryaGhar Muft Bijli Yojana).

• Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and generate interest in solar solutions.

• Schedule appointments for field sales/technical team for site visits and proposals.

• Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel).

• Follow up with interested customers until closure.

• Handle inbound queries and resolve customer doubts with professionalism.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Provide feedback from customers to the management for improvement.
