Neelmadhav Udyam is a growing solar EPC company specializing in rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are actively working under government subsidy schemes and expanding across Delhi NCR.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience and willingness to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of solar panels, inverters, and electrical components
Mounting structure assembly and panel fixing (rooftop & ground mount)
DC and AC wiring, earthing, and system connections
Testing, commissioning, and system performance checks
Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems
Ensuring safety standards and quality work on site
Coordination with engineers and project managers

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field
1–3 years of experience in solar installation (preferred)
Knowledge of solar PV systems, wiring, and tools
Ability to work at heights and outdoor conditions
Basic understanding of safety practices
Willingness to travel for project sites

Preferred Skills:

Experience in subsidy projects (PM Surya Ghar or similar)
Knowledge of net metering and inverter configuration
Team player with good work ethic

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
