Job Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain Club Mahindra’s holiday membership and benefits.

• Generate appointments for the sales team for Club Mahindra presentations.

• Maintain call records and update customer information.

• Follow up with interested customers and ensure appointment confirmations.

• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and appointment generation.

Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

• Confident, polite, and target-oriented attitude.

• Basic computer and phone handling skills.

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Work Timings

• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Tuesday to Sunday )

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
