Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving approach
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Log customer interactions and maintain proper records
Track follow-ups and ensure issue resolution
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work 6 days a week
