Amma is a growing startup focused on providing trusted and reliable safety solutions to customers. We are currently looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Call potential customers from the provided data

Clearly explain company services to customers

Generate leads and follow up with interested customers

Maintain accurate call records and customer details

Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner

Coordinate with team members and HR when required

Requirements:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass

Good communication skills (Hindi / English)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and convincing skills

Freshers can apply

Female candidates preferred

Laptop Requirement:

Candidates should have a laptop

If you do not have a laptop, the company will provide one

A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 is required for the company-provided laptop

The deposit amount will be returned upon leaving the job

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Monday to Saturday
