💼 Job Role:

Lead Generation Executive (Customer Care – Voice Process)

📋 Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Handle outbound and inbound calls for lead generation
🔹 Communicate effectively with customers in English and regional language
🔹 Provide accurate information about products and services
🔹 Generate and qualify leads while maintaining customer satisfaction

🗣️ Languages Required:

Candidates must have good communication skills in English (Mandatory) along with any one of the following languages:

✔️ Assamese
✔️ Bengali
✔️ Kannada
✔️ Malayalam
✔️ Odia
✔️ Punjabi
✔️ Tamil
✔️ Telugu

Language Proficiency Requirement: SVAR 65

🕒 Shift Details:

⏰ 9 Hours Shift – Day Shift Only (Rotational)

💰 Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per Month
(Based on communication skills and interview performance)
