Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process (US Telecom)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide the best possible solutions.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Meet performance, quality, and productivity targets.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
HSC/Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
Benefits:

1 year experience salary up to ₹30,000 + Performance Incentives.
