About the Role-
We’re looking for enthusiastic and organized Event Coordination Interns to join our team for Vyapaar Expo – the signature event of Vyapaar Zone.
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event operations, communication, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities-
-Conduct Tele-calling, WhatsApp, and Email communication with exhibitors and participants.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data sheets.
-Coordinate and provide on-spot assistance before the Expo and during the Expo event.
-Support the organizing team with day-to-day communication and follow-ups.
-Visiting the probables exhibitors/sponsors or Exhibitors/sponsors at their places and coordination with the Lead member

Requirements-
-Immediate availability (till 1st February 2025).
-Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
-Confident, proactive, and well-organized.
-Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
-Comfortable working from Sector 1, Kolkata
