Telecaller

We are looking for Telecallers to join our TTK Prestige. Its an Inbound process. Candidates needs to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to industry.

Requirements:

• Qualification 2nd PUC.

• 6 working days and 1 week off.

• Shift timings will be 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM

• Salary will be 16,400 for Freshers. No ESI & PF for Freshers.

• Languages English, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada mandatory.

• 7 days Training ( no salary).

• Salary starts after training.

This role requires a strong communication and organizational skills and confident approach to engaging with customers.
