We are looking for a Property Manager to join our company Auction Brickz. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to property's details. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Clients and managing them to fulfill their requirements in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of clients interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to clients.

• Work collaboratively with the bankers to get accurate details.

• Meet performance targets, customer satisfaction, and achieve milestone monthly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 2nd PUC and minimum 2 years experience. You will be responsible for fulfilling clients requirement, offering relevant information, and resolving complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a Working Days week during the Shift Time.
