Job Description :
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/database.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers for repeat business.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate them when necessary.
