Job Title: Blue Collar Executive / telecalling Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/leads

Explain company services or products clearly

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain call records and basic reports

Handle customer queries politely

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar blue-collar / telecalling / target-based roles preferred

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

  • Physically fit and willing to work on-field / operational roles

Language Requirements (Any One or More):

  • Hindi

  • Kannada

  • Tamil

  • Telugu

Skills & Qualities:

  • Hardworking and disciplined

  • Willingness to learn

  • Good communication in preferred language

  • Ability to work under pressure
