• Understand customer needs related to elevator requirements (e.g., number of floors, cabin size, space availability, usage purpose).

• Collect planning details such as construction status and expected timeline.

• Schedule site visits and product presentation meetings with potential clients.

• Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and track progress.

• Update lead information and conversations accurately in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for further actions.
