Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and answer any questions regarding product features, availability, and promotions.

• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and pricing to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

• Sales Support: Promote sales and upsell products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience while meeting sales goals.

• Order Management: Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and other payment methods. Handle returns, exchanges, and product warranties in compliance with store policies.

• Inventory Management: Assist in restocking shelves, organizing product displays, and ensuring that the sales floor is tidy and well-organized.

• Customer Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, seeking to resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and attractive store environment by ensuring that shelves are stocked, products are properly displayed, and the store is visually appealing.

• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient store operations and positive teamwork.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Basic math and cash-handling skills
