🔍 Role & Responsibilities (PIMS Department):

• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to health insurance policy details

• Assist customers with policy information, KYC updates, endorsements, and corrections via the PIMS system

• Coordinate with internal departments for policy data verification and updates

• Enter and manage policy records accurately in the system

• Ensure follow-ups and call documentation are completed as per TPA protocols
