Job Description

We are looking for a persuasive and goal-driven Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls to potential or existing customers. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, skilled in sales or customer service, and able to achieve targets while maintaining a professional attitude.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer database.

  • Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.

  • Schedule appointments or product demonstrations if required.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Maintain a positive, professional tone in all conversations.

  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.


Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages as needed, e.g., English, Hindi].

  • Good listening skills and the ability to handle pressure.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
