### Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused **B2C Sales Executives** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in **Kannada and Tamil**, with **English communication being mandatory**. The role involves interacting directly with customers, understanding their requirements, and driving sales to achieve business targets.

### Key Responsibilities

* Generate and convert sales leads through direct customer interactions.

* Explain products/services effectively and address customer queries.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Follow up with prospective customers and close sales opportunities.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

### Requirements

* Fluent communication in **Kannada and Tamil**.

* **Good English communication skills are mandatory**.

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

* Prior B2C sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
