Job Description
-Provide guidance and assistance to help drivers increase their earnings
-Collect the weekly payment from drivers on time
-Monitor and manage the fleet management portal, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
-Analyze driver performance and feedback to develop strategies for improvement
-Onboarding and training for new drivers
(Additionally, besides the works listed above, we may assign you some other works, as we are in the setup phase.)
Must Have
・English
・Kannada or Hindi
・Graduated university
・Ability to commute to the Koramangala office
・More than 1 year sales or customer support role experience
・Basic PC skills (We mainly use Google Workplace)
Nice to Have
・Good communication skills
・Taxi driver experiences

・Good Drving Skills
・Knowledge of vehicle
