Job Profile – Service Coordinator
→ Manage customer care number, Attendance sheet
→ Take leads from receiving direct call/sales team or managers and distribute the query to service coordinator and follow-up back
→ Check every day open query list and reason for why this query is open after checking keep follow-up and solve query urgently
→ Check all payment and create tax
→ Check mail id and give them quick response
→ Handle service coordinator and technician (branch and head office)
→ Need to solve issue of technician and coordinator
→ Take quick action on open query
→ Order proceeds and slip handover to technician and check order packed or not
→ Share tracking details and also reminder all pending work to coordinator
→ Handle service mail id
→ Handle all distributors and reseller
→ Demo call attends and zoom meetings
→ Technical knowledge
