Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team in a leading solar manufacturing company. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining solar product features, and assisting customers in understanding our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to explain solar panel systems and their benefits.

• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.

• Generate qualified leads for the sales team.

• Maintain and update customer database (CRM).

• Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments or site visits.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth customer handover.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling / customer service / BPO / renewable energy industry.

• Skills:

  • Good communication in Hindi, English (Regional language is a plus)

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email)

  • Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability

  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach
