Position: Telecaller – Personal Loan

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain personal loan products.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.

Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve monthly targets.

Follow up with interested customers and assist with documentation.

Maintain accurate records of calls and leads.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.

Requirements:

•Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / personal loans preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English (regional languages are a plus).

Ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Basic knowledge of financial products, especially loans.

Targets & Incentives:

Monthly sales targets will be assigned.
