• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal loan products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable loan options.

• Collect and verify customer details and required documentation as per company guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.

• Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely loan application completion.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge while handling calls.

• Stay updated on banking products, offers, and financial industry trends.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and data confidentiality norms.
