Job Description

Real Estate Telecaller generates leads by making outbound/inbound calls, explaining property details (pricing, amenities, location), understanding client needs, scheduling site visits/agent meetings, updating CRM, and following up to convert inquiries into sales, acting as the crucial first contact bridge to the sales team. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Make high-volume calls (outbound/inbound) to potential buyers/tenants from provided lists or inquiries. Information Provider: Clearly explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and location benefits. Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements (budget, preferences, timeline) to recommend suitable properties. Appointment Setting: Convert interested prospects into confirmed site visits or meetings with sales agents. Database Management: Accurately log all calls, customer details, and interactions in the CRM system. Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads to nurture interest and ensure timely callbacks. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified leads and contribute to closing deals. Feedback: Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer feedback. Essential Skills:Excellent Communication (Hindi/English/Local Language) & Persuasion, Good Listening Skills, Target-Oriented & Resilient, and Basic Computer/CRM Knowledge. Who Can Apply:Often open to freshers with a passion for sales, but experience in telecalling/real estate is a plus.
