Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional manner
Handle client inquiries and provide basic information about projects
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Coordinate meetings between clients and sales team
Manage front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized
Handle courier, documents, and inward/outward mail
Maintain data records and assist with basic administrative tasks
Follow up with clients when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Presentable and well-groomed personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
