Maintain call records and update databases.

Ensure polite, professional, and supportive client communication.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English and at least one of the following: Tamil, Telugu, or Odia.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude, punctuality, and good interpersonal skills.
