Professionally receive and manage all inbound customer calls
Understand customer queries and provide accurate, helpful information
Maintain call records and update data in the system
Forward calls to the appropriate department when needed
Ensure polite, friendly, and customer-centric communication
Follow company call-handling guidelines and protocols
Prepare and share daily call reports with management
Strong communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Data Entry)
Telecalling experience is an advantage
Good patience, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude
