• Handling inbound calls They respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support related to the company's offerings.

• Generating leads and sales telecallers aim to convert leads into customers by persuading them to make purchases or schedule appointments.

• Maintaining customer records they update customer information, track call logs, and ensure accurate data entry.
