Job Description:

• Call customers and explain about the hospital’s Ayurvedic treatments and health packages.

• Provide information about doctor consultations and available services.

• Convince customers to book appointments or visit the hospital.

• Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily and monthly call or booking targets.

• Communicate politely and handle customer queries with care.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Telugu.

• Positive attitude and confidence while talking to customers.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Interest in healthcare or Ayurvedic services is an advantage.
