Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers interested in loans.

• Explain different types of loan products: personal, business, home, etc.

• Collect and verify basic customer information.

• Schedule follow-ups and assist in loan documentation.

• Meet daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
