We are looking for an Online Bidding Executive to generate leads and secure projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities, submitting proposals, and converting leads into projects to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and bid on projects via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.

• Write effective proposals and handle client communications.

• Follow up on bids and negotiate project terms.

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements.

• Maintain records of bids and outcomes.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in online bidding or business development.

• Strong written English and communication skills.

• Knowledge of freelance platforms and proposal writing.
