Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at NavOps Academy.
You’ll be responsible for counseling students, converting leads into enrollments, and helping professionals choose the right career path in DevOps & Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, website, and social media.
Explain course offerings, pricing, and payment options to potential learners.
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert into admissions.
Maintain and update CRM records for each prospect.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Coordinate with marketing and finance teams for campaign updates and fee tracking.
Provide feedback to improve sales strategy and student experience.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & persuasive speaking skills (English & Hindi).
Prior experience in sales, tele-calling, or counseling (education or IT training) preferred.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up effectively.
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
Passionate about career growth and helping learners succeed.
Qualification:
Graduate/Pursing in any stream (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BE, etc.)
MBA or PG in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory.
Salary Range:
