Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process( 1 year experience mandatory)

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune
Shift: Night Shift (US/UK Process)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in International BPO (Voice Process Mandatory)
Salary Package: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA
Work Days: 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Offs)
Transport: Both-side Cab Facility Provided


Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an International Voice Process in a leading BPO. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers and providing exceptional support while maintaining high service standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via voice calls (International Process)

  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers

  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards are met

  • Document customer interactions and follow company guidelines

  • Meet individual and team performance targets


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Voice Process (Mandatory)

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills

  • Comfortable working in night shifts

  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

  • Basic computer knowledge
