Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting premium automobiles.

• Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Participate in promotional events and dealership activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

• Freshers with a strong interest in sales and customer service are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles in the automotive industry is a plus.

• Education:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasive and negotiating abilities.

• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
