Key Responsibilities
Manage fresh inbound leads daily through structured outbound calls and targeted follow-ups.
Conduct consultative demos showcasing AI-powered ROI: 90% water savings and up to 5x yields vs traditional farming.
Support Bengaluru field visits for enterprise terrace garden and farm projects (remote-first role).
Compensation Structure
Initial engagement is success-fee based for the first 2 months, linked to qualified conversions and closed deals.
Post the initial period, opportunity to transition into a best-in-industry fixed + incentive structure based on performance.

Ideal Candidate
1–3 years B2B sales experience (AgriTech, EdTech, Solar, or Industrial equipment preferred).
Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in lead conversion.
Bengaluru location preferred for occasional field visits; strong remote candidates will also be considered.
