About the Role
PropertyAngel Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire entry-level Customer Support Associates to join our operations team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to begin their career in customer service, coordination, and operations management. The role involves handling client communication, tracking requests, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams.

What You Will Do
● Respond to customer queries via phone and email
● Record and update service requests in internal systems
● Follow up with relevant departments for status updates
● Ensure timely communication with customers
● Maintain accurate documentation of interactions
● Adhere to defined service processes and response timelines
● Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members Who Can Apply ● Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (mandatory)
