Sales Coordinator
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 years preferred
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team and customers for orders and enquiries.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and payments.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Maintain sales records and update customer information.
Handle customer calls, emails, and routine sales-related queries.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with deadlines.
Prior experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support will be preferred.
