Position: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities of Field Sales Officers on a daily basis. The role involves regular communication with sales teams, dealer coordination, site visits, market monitoring, order tracking, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The candidate will act as a bridge between management, sales officers, dealers, and customers to strengthen market presence and improve sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate the daily activities of Field Sales Officers (FSOs).
Conduct regular follow-ups with sales officers regarding market visits, dealer meetings, and sales performance.
Verify daily sales reports and market updates submitted by field staff.
Reconfirm dealer orders, stock availability, and customer requirements through direct interaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders.
Track dealer secondary sales, stock movement, and competitor activities.
Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies and schemes in the market.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Support sales teams in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Escalate market issues, customer complaints, and operational challenges to management for resolution.
Required Qualifications
PUC/Diploma/ any Bachelor's Degree.
2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Marketing, preferably in the any Manufacturing field, Paints, Pipes, TMT Steel, Cement, or Building Materials industry.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
